Ooohhh, maybe i should jump in here to. DH has 4 children with his ex and took on her 2 daughters by another dad. It's very hard work and vv complicated. His eldest kids play DH and his ex off each other and she is too pig headed to see it. She reckons I'm constantly horrible to the kids and that they're terrified of me, so she's stopped him seeing them! The fact that the kids never want to go home after they've stayed here has nothing to do with it. This woman has never met me, but thinks I'm the devil himself lol

Can I join in? I'm off next month for a week's holiday with OH and his three kids... when I'm 24 weeks (eeeeek). The kids all live with us during university holidays... but to all be together on holiday *gulps*...

the "girl" stalks me on myspace to call me fat when she's bigger than me and i'm the prego

Morning girls. Have calmed down somewhat after a very stressful day yesterday. Was up in Bedford at the family party yesterday and should have picked OHs son up at around 2pm....well 7.30pm she text to say they had only just left Cardiff!! So I phoned OH at 9.15pm and was close to tears asking him what he wanted me to do. He just told me to come home and she would have to sort it out today. Have text her this morning and she has said she cant get to Oxford but that OH is very welcome to come pick his son up after work. So we will see what happens with that.

my OH has a 5 year old that we have Tuesdays and saturdays....

Hope you are all ok....littlekitten its hard when they mess around with plans isnt it....we've had that many times in the past

This sounds like OH's X...when she found out we were seeing each other, she first said 'but she's married'...to which OH replied 'not for long', and then when that didn't phase him, she went on to say 'but she's fat'...keeping in mind that I was a bit heavier than I had been, but still looked f***ing fine!

Um...well, sorry that OH likes a woman with curves, a woman who's shaped like a woman and not like a 14 year old little girl! I laughed it off (after I was ready to knock her round)...she's just jealous that the 'fat' girl can keep him happy, and she never could.

I really hate people who have to resort to that kind of immature behaviour...bitter much?!?! Get over it!

Hi girls - I'm in too!!

My hubby has 4 children, eldest son is 17 from a fling when he was 19 - then 2 daughters and a son 14,12 and 10 from his ex wife.

We have the three kids once a fortnight from Friday to Monday and the eldest usually comes about once a week when he feels like it!! He doesnt talk to his mum as she has serious men issues (e.g. lots of them!!) so only really has us and he has just announced he has gotten his girlfriend pregnant with twins!! so I am gonna be a step - nanna soon too!!

His ex wife isnt too bad now, used to be a pain in the arse as eldest daughter used to play us off one another and she couldnt see it - but has finally come round and realised she has been played for a fool!!

But hey, I took on this man knowing full well the amount of luggage he had as he took on me and my son, so I cant really complain eh?

Oh ladies I am not in the same position as you, but I wanted to say you have all been really unlucky with the Ex's of your OH's.
I have a child from a previous relationship and my ex is in a long term relationship now. i imagine weddings and babies are not far off for them and I can't wait! I could never imagine trying to cause trouble and I love that fact that James ( my son) has a very close relationship with his dad and future Step-mum!
Just wanted to let you know we're not all like that!
