Before baby I wound scuba dive a lot, when I say a lot I mean going away and diving 3 times a day, every day.
To keep cramp at bay, cos it can be dangrous at 30 meters or very uncomfortable at the surface we would eat a banana for brecky every day.
I still been eating a banana a day to keep cramp away and it has worked up to now, (will have to update later on when bubba gets a bit bigger).
Thing is, I have to eat fibre every day too cos bananas dont help with the pooing thing.
That and lot's of water.
Potassium is good for muscles.
