I'm Currently Feeling:

I remember seeing something about this and I think it is kinda up in the air. My only concern would be raising my body temperature. I have one, but turn it off when I get in bed. I just hate getting in a cold bed.

In both my books it says that they're safe to use in bed before you go to sleep so it's not so cold and to warm it up but you should turn it off when you get in because it can raise your body temperature
