I don't know about meals per se, but I do try to eat often. I wake up and eat a snack, then breakfast. I am sure to have snacks usually fruit between each meal and crackers before bed.

Just make sure you snack on fruit and veg, good snacks to keep in the fridge are things like: carrot sticks, celery, apples, bananas, grapes etc.. im sure you get the idea.

Eat little and often but don't be too worried about how much is too much.

Hope that helps
