I was just wondering if anyone is taking fish oil while prego? I heard really good things about it and have been taking it for over a year. I am not prego and seems my doc is okay with it. Also my bro is a nurse in the states and he said that current research is showing huge benefits. Anyone know anything about this?

My midwife has me on a omega 3-6-9 pill.
