Congratulations Missy!

I can completely understand where you're coming from. I had complications from the time I found out I was pregnant till now. First, it was will it stick... now it's more about... is it healthy?

Unfortunately, these are worries that we have no control over. If it's meant to be... it will happen. There is nothing in this world that can stop your baby from coming into this world.

If there is something that I have learned during this pregnancy, it is to "go with the flow". Stressing out about something that I can have no control over, can have a snow ball effect, which will only make you depressed and stop you from enjoying this gift!

So put up your feet, relax and have some nice tea! You're going to be a mama!

Try try try to relax, keep those stress hormones away from your bean. It's so hard (I've lost three babies between two pregnancies, no live births), so am not just saying this like it's easy. But you need to try. Take it easy, eat right, and try to relax so the bean is bathes in love rather than stress.
