I went there and it was fantastic, its a family run place, and u really get a warm friendly welcome from them
The pics we got are fantastic, and I loved how they had the scan showed on a huge tv on the wall so OH and DD could see clearly
Extremely satisfied

I went there with my friend to get hers.. They are really friendly and the scans look great - i decided not to get them done for myself as i didn't think they were worth the money u had to pay.

I went for my appointment and it was amazing, i could not fault them one bit. Bubs did not want to play at all but they still gave us a cd with 50 pictures on, a dvd and 4 printed pics even though most of them he had his hands covering his face so they going to re-scan me for free and ill still get all pictures and dvd again

I didn't have such a good experience with my 4d scan at Window to the Womb (32 weeks pregnant). I booked in for a mini 4d scan for £85.

When I went my baby was lying in a difficult position and they couldn't get any pictures or images. Even though i didn't get any pics they asked me to pay in full and said that i could rebook in a couple of days to try again although they would not be able to refund the money if i couldn't get a 4d scan dvd or pics. This felt a bit heartless!

I could sense that my baby really didn't like the waves that were being given off by the ultrasound scan so decided that i wouldn't go back.

So I paid £85 for nothing. Has anyone else had this experience?

I went to Window To the Womb at 29 weeks, and baby was breech, hands, feet and cord in front of his face. They sent me for a walk and cold drink at the pub, went back in and still no movement. They rebooked the scan for 31 weeks, although baby was still breech, and the DVD and pics were not good at this visit either. I know this is no fault of the sonographer and staff there, but they could've maybe refunded £20 or something, just a token gesture? Afterall the place was packed and it's obvious they do make a lot of money!

The man who runs the place is somewhat strange too, very hasty and when he printed our 4 pictures off he printed all 4 pictures the same, instead of the ones we'd chosen.....
