Coming up on week/day of previous loss - SO NERVOUS!

In September I miscarried my twins at 13 weeks, 5 days. No one knows why - there was nothing wrong - nothing they could determine. They were fine two days earlier and gone without warning.

I am now pregnant again and am 13 weeks, 4 days. I know it isn't necessarily logical to worry so much because of the weeks and days, but I am just obsessing about EVERYTHING. I don't know how to stop myself from worrying so much and from being so hyper-sensitive to every little twinge or pain.

Has anyone else felt this way? My OH doesn't really understand - maybe he does but he doesn't show it. He has said I should just be confident everything is going ok. I have had 6 ultrasounds and everything looks perfect - but I still can't stop thinking about it. Does this make any sense?

Thanks ladies for any thoughts or advice...

Hey, i just wanted to say I know exactly how yo feel. I am 13 weeks today and I miscarried last October at 13plus3. I am trying to be positive and decided not to have early scans but it is in the back of my mind all the time.

I was crying in bed the other night cos I was thinking about being 13 weeks (unlucky for some) and my OH is lovely and was stroking my back and telling me everything will be ok...i really am lucky.

Anyway just wanted you to know you are not alone...good luck.

Big massive hugs! You are more than entitled to feel terrified - micarriage and loss for so many of us is a life shattering event.
Milestones like this are always a test - my OH didn't get it either. After a massive break down he was suggesting I talk to 'someone professional about this' which I already had and all I wanted to do was talk to HIM.
What is important is that you allow yourself to feel whatever you need to feel.
