I'm sure its the end

On Tuesday morning, at 6+4 I suddenly got a wave of feeling 'Im not pregnant'. My symptoms have been very mild since, only occasionally feeling nauseous or still tired. tonight I have continual mild period type pains. I have an early scan Saturday morning but I'm expecting the worst again. Last time was a MMC where I went to EPU after not feeling pregnant and not having symptoms over a weekend.

Maybe I am actually a lucky one who can continue a pregnancy with next to no symptoms. But not feeling hopeful.

Didn't want to read and run cause I understand how you're feeling. Back at 6 weeks with this one, I felt very similar. I'd gone from loads of PMA and symptoms to next to no symptoms and this horrible feeling that it had all ended. No-one would listen to me cause I wasn't bleeding and they thought I was being negative because of my last m/c.
I did have an early scan and was convinced everyone would be apologising for doubting my female instincts - I was wrong! The baby was fine and had a strong heartbeat and I'm now past 20 weeks. Just try to stay positive until your scan. I'm sure you'll be OK.

I've had a few times this pregnancy where I just didn't feel pregnant at all and thought it was over but last weeks scan showed a very active baby boy!

Hi hopeful, just to say don't give up hope yet - I felt exactly the same at your stage - in every previous pregnancy I had had lots of symptoms, but this time I didn't until about 10 weeks. Kept thinking it meant something had gone wrong, but thus far (now 12 weeks) all is well.

Hope you can get an early scan and that it is good news.

woooooooo hooooooooo!!!!!Dancing for joy. Little shrimp has a heartbeat and is right on schedule at 7 weeks 2 days. I was told the period type pain I was experiencing may be because the cyst on my ovary is coming away. But all completely normal. Thanks everyone for their support. Hopefully I'm just a lucky one who doesn't feel too bad during pregnancy.
