First Degree Tear

Hello ladies,

quick question for anyone that may have any idea!
I had a first degree tear which didn't require stitching when I had LO nearly 5 weeks ago, however the area around where I tore is still very very sensitive and sore (Also still stings when I go for a pee every now and again). Also I discovered after deciding I better have a look to see whats going on down there I discovered, that there is also a medium sized red hard lump there (sorry if TMI)

any ideas what this could be? as I believed 1st degree tears to be 'relatively painless' and heal very quickly
