PP I had 2 kids without breast implants & my boobs were sore afterwards but bearable but with Mia (& implants) jesus christ it was hell. Try the cabbage leaves my OH put them in the freezer & I stuck them in my bra I went through 3 or 4 cabbages a day boy did it work but jeez I will never forget that smell I hate cabbage with a passion now!!

I feel your pain - mine were agony!!! And rock hard and all deformed!! I must agree that the abbage leaves do work for some reason! Also a long hot bath and just let them ooze. I still do this now as I still get the odd random engorgement episode for some reason!!!

Yes, lasted a week for me. They were uncomfortable but what I did was wear the same bra I wore during pregnancy. I was busting from it but it was tight and helped

Also, I was on pain medication from the C-section so it was more bearable.

poor poor you, i never had this sweetie as my milk never came in, but i remember reading about wearing a tight bra, even if painful, to help. i believe this is a very old practice so not sure if it would help. poor you though hope they feel better soon x

what was that someone posted the other day about epsom salts, i cant remember who it was, but u put some in a glass of water and it dries ur milk up really quickly, sorry i cant remember it properly but maybe someone knows what im talking about?

what does FF mean??
