Right sided breast pain

I suffered from the pain of engorgement a few days ago and it really settled down since. But today, by right boob seems to be playing up again. It is very swollen, hard and tender. Do they play up now and again, or is it something I need to worry about? Not sure wether to see dic or not?

It will come and go for anything up to a few months. Mine have only just stopped playing up and my baby is 12 weeks on Sunday x

Mine have had funny days too. Then other times they feel so soft I think there mustnt be anything in them.....and there is coz I've got a 9lb 14 oz baby already!! x

Thats a good weight! Had my midwife appointment yesterday and my little man has put on weight laready too. SO much for losing it in the first week!!! So I suppose my boobies must be doing something right!!
