How long should i rest for until i can start toning up my belly?
I know its not really good to strain myself that quick after giving birth quick but i'm desperate to get my belly back

I think whether you've had a C-section or normal delivery, 6 weeks is the time they say you can start exercising.

They say 6 weeks but I started excersizing last week and my stomach really hurt afterwards and Im 15 weeks postnatal. I would take it easy and build it up

I'm on the 5th day after birth now and i feel soooo active! Probably because I didn't tear and need stitches etc...Just a bit sore but I'm so eager just to get up and be active!
Plus I just want a flat belly so badly
Would it be so bad if i did start doing some light exercises?
