boobs help


my boobs are killing im bottle feeding so my milks drying up but my boobs are KILLING there huge not leaking at allred and hot im taking pain killers but there doing nothing any1 know anything to help

by the way had baby 3 days ago

Ice packs on them will help! I had the same problem with mine, although I also leaked

Ice packs will help. Also if you try express by hand, when they are most uncomfortable, when your in the shower is the best time as the heat helps release the milk, it will relieve you of some of the pressure.

But if you aren't breastfeeding you probably shouldn't express as it will encourage milk production (heat will encourage the production as well). I know it's hard and it hurts for the first few days I was told not to even touch them in the shower so that the milk would dry up sooner.

wore a regular bra and a sports bra over that for two weeks! even to bed

only time there soooooo big how i would love them and i cant go near them lol....
