I dearnt express any milk incase it encourages more production. I want it to dry up asap.

If i expressed a little would this help? Would it effect how long it took for my supply to stop?

Best check with your midwife but i dont remember it making my milk take longer to dry up by much. As long as u only express a little or sometimes i found sitting in a warm bath would help as my boobs would leak milk on their own.
