Sorry to ask but my midwife/health visitors arent much help so not confident in asking when i had riley i had to have stitches that was 7 weeks ago there not painfull no more but sometimes they ache which can be painfull is this normal

maybe they aren't healed properly.
Mine dissolved completely last week and I don't have any pain or achiness any more.
