I'm Currently Feeling: | took me a couple of days, i found pouring warm water from a clean jug whilst peeing eased the pain although MW suggested going in the shower as the warm water in there helps as well |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Anita,
I found that the following REALLY helped me.
Get a squirt bottle and fill up with warm water AND lavender oil. Lavender is a natural antiseptic and it helps with the healing.
Also, and I kick myself for not doing this much sooner...get an antiseptic
wound spray and spray it after each peeing and washing with the water. I found that as soon as I did that I was able to walk normally within a day.
Hope this helps. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Spraying yourself with warm water while using the restroom helps loads. Wearing ice packs really helped that area feel better faster as well. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Drinking lots of water helps too as it makes it more dilute and won't sting as much |
