Davina Mccall Post partum DVD


has anyone tried it? What do you think of this dvd, is it worth for both before and after birth?
I recently bought it and havent started it yet but as im on holidays and maternity afterwards i should start doing it to keep me occupied.

I used it before and did the post natal workout last week. It is good as it's not too intimidating if it's your first exercise after the birth. They do a lot of toning and it's good cos it's all about getting muscle tone back where you lost it in pregnancy. You should definately try it!
