Post Partum bodies

Are you happy with yours?
How long since your birth, what excercise are you doing, any kind of dieting?

Post pictures of your post pregnancy bodies.

Heres mine, i give birth 11 days ago, pre pregnancy my boobs were a C cup , during pregnancy they went to a D cup, 3 days after birth they went to a whopping FF cup and now have gone to a B cup!! they are very loose and saggy, i look like one of those african woman who iron there breasts im so unhappy. my belly has gone semi flat, but nowere near pre pregnancy however i have stretch marks!!
The lumps on my thighs and sides are a allergic reaction though not stretchmarks, also i apologise for seeing my maternity pad haha

I'm pretty happy with mine. Was back in my old jeans 12 days after Hannah was born and was lucky enough not to get any stretch marks.

The only exercise I have been doing so far is walking though due to having stitches. I have also been doing the gentle stomach exercises the physio recommended.

yeah, really. I'm about one size bigger than my old size still. Still 12lbs heavier than prepregnancy.

I feel ok about my postpegnancy body. I was lucky to have no strech marks and have 6 pounds to lose to get bak to my prepregnancy weight. I can wear some of my old clothes but not many yet. I'm about one size bigger and it seems to make a difference mostly in the thighs and hips. I'm not even sure losing the weight will change much about that. It just seems like my body has changed "structure".(don't know if that all makes sense to you?!)
I walk mostly and do some water aerobics... when OH can stay with baby so I can go!

I'll try to get a picture posted soon.

Apart from the stretchmarks im happy. I was in my size 10 jeans again a few days later! My boobs are quite saggy feeling though, try not to let it bother me cause I have a beautiful baby boy at the end of the day x

I'm really not sure about this! I have massive mood swings regarding it - one moment it's fine and I'm really positive about it, the next, I hate it and it will never be okay again! I really don't know how I feel about it at the moment....
