I haven't even attempted my old jeans yet but then Wren is only 10 days old! I was wondering if I was the only person still wearing maternity clothes after baby has arrived-glad to see I am not!

I am scared at how long it will take to fit back into my old clothes, I am hoping BF'ing will help out!

Hannah is 7 weeks tomorrow and i cant fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans. I can get them on but cant fasten them. I put on 2 stone and need to lose 1 stone. 1 stone came off straight after i had her but this last stone does not seem to be shifitng at the minute. Im hoping once the weather gets abit better, il get out and about more with the pram. Im eating healthy, so i guess il just have to wait and see. x

I tried for the first time today (2 weeks and 3 days), and they fit better than they did pre-pregnancy! DH and I think that I'm slimmer than I was before getting pregnant actually. But during pregnancy, I never got the slightest bit oedematous and never looked like I put on any weight anywhere apart from my bump. I'm also fully breastfeeding. I do have a bit of a wobbly tummy, but I'm hoping exercise will sort that out (I'd be doing crunches today if I hadn't somehow thrown my back out yesterday - figures, considering my boobs and bits are starting to feel a lot better!). My midwife showed me how to feel the separation in my tummy muscles, and she said it was quite good that there was only about a fingertip's worth of a gap between them.

The day after birth :O! I put on around 2 stone and have lost all but 8lbs of it so far in 17 days- but I look and feel lighter than pre preg (possibly due to these huge boobs I now have!) I put it down to the fact that I run around carrying bubs in a sling all day and she breastfeeds like a champ! pounds are falling off...hopefully not too much though! x

I can now get into my pre pregnancy boyfriend jeans but no others. I bought a size 12 (pre pregnancy size) jeans on Saturday as that is my aim to get in them. It's my hips, I can get them past them but they are tight and don't quite fasten.

This is my problem! My hips!!! They have just expanded so much! I've got 5lb to lose until pre-pregnancy weight and only one pair of my jeans fit! Its not just the weight, my whole shape has changed!

you guys think yourselvs lucky i used to be a 10/12 from highschool until getting pregnant. i didn't eat much in order to keep that size but when i got pregnant my OH and doctors etc told me to eat more.. as I ate more I found I got hungry and I started to eat all this food I would have never eaten. I put on nearly 4 stone and nearly a year after my sons birth I am a size 16. I have been to weight watchers, slimming world, GI diet, south beach, cambridge & lighter life i have been out walking with him in his pram etc I just feel like giving up hope. my pre preg jeans wont even go past my thighs and I spent all my time indoors in baggy size 18 PJs. ARGHH don't know what to do!! xxx
