Periods after birth????????

Hi Ladies,

I had my son in November! the 27th to be exact and I still have not started menstruating yet! Im a little worried that I may be pregnant again but im not sure if it is normal to not get back to normal as after i had my daughter 1 month from stopping bleeding from having her i started getting normal periods what are the chances i am pregnant ??? Any advice or help would be greatly appericated!

May be worth checking with your docs, hormones can be all over the place after pregnancy but that does seem like a long time. Go get checked just in case x

I was wondering the same thing- Harry is 2 months now and i've still not had a period, i can't remember how long it was after my dd but i didn't think it would take this long x

I got mine after either 4/5 weeks of having Madison.

iv not had a period yet either!!

i think its different for everyone, and i suppose it could be different for each pregnancy too, maybe!! If you are worried about being pregnant again i would take a test to be sure then get onto some contraception of some sort

PS - I would also resize your pic before amin delete your sig coz its MASSIVE. lol

My LO was born early August and I BF'd until Jan which I know sometimes delays your period from returning but now it's March and it hasn't returned.

So I think it's differs per person, per lifestyle but if it is really worrying you then you should definitely speak with your doctor about it.
