Newborn baby spots?

Harry was born with spots on his cheaks which i have heard is common, lottie had a few when she was born but Harry still has his and they are quite red? Is it normal for him to still have them 3 weeks on? xx

My LO's didn't clear for a good while, I took him to docs as they got really bad and he prescribed him some steriod cream ( hydrocortisone ) and it cleared it right up.

He said it was infantile (sp) acne !
