1st period...no cramps?

Well I'm presuming I have stared my first postpartum period...my lochis got to the point I could stop wearing pads about a weeks ago but the Cm was still a little messier than normal.

Today I had some bright red spotting and just went to the loo and there was loads of bright red mucus-y stuff when I wiped kinda like the start of a period.

Is it normal to have your first period at 5 weeks postpartum and not to have any cramps at all? I always used to get some mild period pains and would know when AF was on her way...this is just odd.

i got my periods with red bleeding and very mucusy as well...and no cramps !! (before i was on the floor with bad cramps !!! dying !!!)...
noticed just a mild lower back pain but no cramps

hope it last!!

I have had hardly any period pains since I had Joe. Had 3 cycles now and still no period pains, wonder if they will come back? I hope not!

if thats the start of 1st period then must be getting mine too. And.. no symptoms!
