I didn't want to read and run, hun. I don't have an answer. I did have a c-section 3 months ago, but never had the pain you are describing. Not sure if it is normal or not. Maybe something you need to talk to your doctor about. Hope it gets better for you.

Mine felt tight for quite a few weeks after Joe was born and the MW said it was everything going back into the right place. I can't remember when it stopped feeling like this, but now at 4 months I can't feel a thing.
If you're worried, I'd definitely ask the HV or your doctor, I'm sure they can check the scar to make sure everything is ok x

I had this!!i am now 5 weeks on and the only pain I have is achey muscle type pain around the scar.i too was also told its everything going back etc and no-one seemed worried.it did take a couple of weeks to fully get over it though!!
Keep an eye on it hun and if its not feeling like its getting any better in a week then I would go to docs just to be certain.

hm ive not really had that much bad pain on my scar, sometimes i feel aching pain for about 5 mins on the end of it, either end, but i was told its the internal stitches dissolving. if its really sever i would speak to your GP.x

I have the exact pain you are describing, feels incredibly sore and stingy, feels like really strong bee stings.

I asked the doc today and he said its a mixture of my uterus contracting and the internal stitches keeping together the muscles. Whatever it is i hope it goes soon!
