I had this for weeks. I couldn't even get out of bed on my own. Everyone thought I was crazy because it hurt so much and I couldn't stop crying out in pain at the slightest things. It turned out that I had a pocket of fluid building up behind the incision and eventually it burst open and I leaked all over. TMI sorry. After that it felt better. I would say I didn't feel completely back to normal until around a month after the baby was born. Or more. There are still even moments where I feel weird twinges on the inside along my incision area.
