majorly embarresing

Hi all, i gave birth 11 months ago & im pregnant again 10 weeks

I have been bleeding for weeks now every time i have a BM had a scan & they couldnt find any reason. Ok so after a BM tonight i bled again & did a bit of investigation with a mirror & to my horror i had something protruding when ever i bear down. I have googed & i have found a picture of my prolapse its a rectocele & a Cystocele

Talk to your midwife and keep doing your pelvic floor exercises. They won't be able to refer you to physio for this since you are pregnant but its worth making sure your GP and midwife are informed so you can get a referral if necessary once you've had the baby. I have a cysotocele and to be honest most of the time it doesn't cause me any problems but it lets me know if I've had a slack week on the pelvic floor exercises!!
