Anyone trying NOT to go back down to their pre birth weight ?

I was a tiny size 6 before Alyssa, and i hated it I know most people say that i was lucky and that but ive always wanted to put on a little bit of weight to look 'healthy' I didnt look ill or anything like that but no matter how much i tried i couldnt put any weight on... until i got pregnant

Well 2 months has passed and theres no way im fitting into any of my size 6s, Im an 8 now and love it and want to maintain the weight but i want to get rid of my mummy tummy.

How do I do this without losing weight ?

Any ideas ? or any one in a similar position as me ?

I was size 6 before getting pregnant, but now I am size 10. I Dont really want to go back to my old size as I looked like a teenager, but size 8 would be lovely.

I am planning to start going to the gym this saturday. U can start by using an abdominal binder with anti cellulite cream on ur tummy (Nivea goodbye cellulite is cheap & good). Some situps would help too to tighten the area. If u dont do cardio, u won't loose weight.

I dont knw yet how far I can go to exercise my abdomen as I had a CS & I need to check 1st with the trainer.

Wow, in 3 weeks ! Your body really doesnt want you being any bigger does it lol.
I know its hard for people to lose weight, but puttin it on when you struggle to is really a challenge dnt you think.

Ah well, just enjoy the fact you can eat anythin you like and still look fab x

I've gone from a 6-8 to a 10 and don't want to go back.

I've just donated all my skinny clothes to a charity shop, so it'll be if I do!
