I only gained 12 lbs. in pregnancy and half of that was the baby herself; two weeks post-delivery and I look pretty much the same as I did before I got pregnant (US size 4), and a couple pounds lighter than pre-pregnancy. That's fine with me, but while I was pregnant I also lost
so much muscle tone from inactivity, and my collarbone seems to stick out now. I feel like I look delicate, which I hate! I definitely need to work on my arms and shoulders now to get back to a decent size so I look like myself again.
