Feels like a pulled muscle...

As title this might be exactly what it is but i thought i'd just check incase it is labour associated and anyone has any experience of it!
After the birth i was fine, not pains etc, a little stinging when weeing but i ahd a graze so this was expected! I had a few afterpains put were fine with paracetamol! Anyway i went to asda with my mum on saturday and since then i've had pains in my lower abdamon like pulling, i really notice it when i walk etc and its really uncomfortable! I did lift the pram into the car so wondering if it could be a pulled muscle but i didn't think it would still be hurting now if it was this? Anyone have any advice as to what it coould be- saw mw and she said uterus had shrunk back down, does this usually cause pains? xx

Does it feel like a dragging sensation? Could be a prolapse - get your HV to check for you - since LO is only a week old you should still be having home visits. Lots of pelvic floor exercises will help things get back to normal. Otherwise might just be a case of too much too soon - something I was definitely guilty of. Rest up as much as you can, eat well and drink loads of water you are still recovering from the birth. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I'm sorry you're having this too but i feel much better knowing i'm not alone! If it continues i will see doctor!
