Help

I don't really know who to discuss this with, since the birth of my daughter 7weeks ago, I haven't quite felt right and as the weeks have gone by things seem to feel worse for me, I find myself wanting to cry alot and feel really detached from everything, I feel as if I don't belong. I love my daughter so much but I'm scared to be around her, it feels like I'm living a dream that I'm going to wake up from, what should I do?

Oh hun, I am sorry you feel this way.

Having a baby is a huge adjustment. Now there is no time for yourself, lack of sleep, etc, etc. It can be a bit frustrating at times.

Is there anyway that you can possibly take a break for an hour or so?

Mother's need time to have their space too.

Could it be that you may have a bit of postpartum depression? If so, perhaps talking to your doctor about it would help.

Oh hon, I'm sorry you're feeling down. I agree with what Leeanne said. Take some time for yourself, it might make you feel better but also do talk to your doctor. Sounds very much like PND, thats what I felt like after Drake was born.

Have you talked to your hubby about the way you're feeling? or anyone? it usually helps to get it off your chest too with someone. I hope you start feeling better sweetie, if you need to chat I'm a PM away

did you experience a difficult birth?

something on your mind, you possibly want to get rid off?

talk to your partner about it and if it is not getting better soon, you really should talk to your GP!

let us know, how you get on hun
