C section and period pain

Hi, not sure if anyone else has experience this, but I've had 2 periods now since having Brady and both times about a week before I started my period I got these pains which kind of felt like period pain, but more intense and sharp on one side along my c section scar. Is this normal, and everything just 'settling down' in there?

I had the same and just put it down to my body getting back to normal x

I just had my 1st period yesterday, The pain is much more than normal period pain, for me, it's more painful than the recovery pain fr the CS

I got that ad 8 months on I still get a sharp pain around my CS scar, not as bad as the first few months but still noticeable, I have to admit I am glad I am not the only one

I didn't have pains before my period but i did have a lot just randomly for like months afterwards. it's probably just your body getting healed up and everything.

Im getting pains like that now, glad to see its normal and possibly a sign AF is on its way and not that somethings wrong!

I found that my periods were (and still are) a LOT more painful now than they were before. They are also a lot heavier - and I get a lot of pain in my scar.

Ive just had a section, not looking forward to this now, especially after all d pain ive just had with d section
