Is it too soon?


to go on the wii fit and treadmill?? being housebound has its limitations but i need to get fit!

Yes, you need to wait until after you 6 week post-natal check

Should have made that a bit clearer lol, though i could do with a treadmill! Get the blubber of my thighs! lol

Yeah i should probably have waited for my check aswell.... but i was too excited to wait haha

You can have a gentle walk but it recommended for anything for strenuous than that - especially any stretches/work on your abs you wait until you are checked over.

Very important if you've had a section to wait until you get the ok.

I'm wishing I could at least get out for a walk but its too cold and dangerous for me to get out by myself! Boo.

I want to try to get to the pool again!

yeah ill wait a bit longer but might do a gentle walk on the treadmill as if i was outside.. i wish i could go for an ACTUAL walk tho.. damn ice outside!

I started using anti cellulite creams, they help a bit. As I went for a CS, I cant really do much this early. Just using a binder, creams & fat burners ....loooooool. I need to drop 10 kgs & 3 dress sizes
