Unhappy

Postpartum hives (nettle rash)

It seems the rash I have been suffering from is not contagious, thank god. But it is driving me nuts. I thought first of all I was allergic to the non bio washing powder, Now I am going to try to cut out chocolate, as this has been the only constant since it started. But I just googled postpartum hives and it seems that it is a problem that is rarely mentioned....

I was wondering if there is anyone else that has been suffering from this allergy like symptom?

I do so hope that it is a chocolate thing (although I never had a problem with chocolate before) and not a hormonal post pregnancy thing. It is really getting me down...

I want to be able to just concentrate on enjoying Oscar being here and not on my itchy, scratchy, sore skin

I can imagine how you feel

I also want to concentrate on Juleika and not on her itchy rush she has!

it was nearly gone and then we bathed her after two and a half weeks for the first time again and it came back. not as bad as before, but still! possibly it was also the heating which was on at night as it was freezing, god knows!

but I def know now, it is not eczema as there are blisters!

hopefully the appoinment of the 2nd of April will shed a light into it!

we are using E45 itch relief, which seems to help her
