you look great!

since i dont give a damn about stretch marks i think they are completely insignificant and dont bother me heres my tummy 7.5 months after baby, keep in mind i never got to 9 months, i gave birth at 8.5 so i didnt fully stretch it out!

oh i dont have a before pregnancy but it was probarly worse i gained alot of weight and had stretchmarks before getting pregnant.
keep in mind i eat over 3000 calories a day so..yeah

Yes it will but you need to tone it, and get the muscles back working as they are stretched in pregnancy what i did was got one of those sit up things (cant think of the proper name) as doing actual sit-ups was just to much hard work at the time but now i do sit up's. And i just did 4 sets of 50 a day. Which tbh only takes about 3 mins to do 50 with them things and then i slowly upped it or if i was doing it and i thought oh ill just do another 50 i would I still have a lil what i can only describe as an upside down mc'ds m at the bottom BUT you can only notice it if i bend over naked, which tbh i dont do very often in public XxX

I did most of it with portion control. I only eat 3 meals that fit on a side plate, as your stomach is only the size of that so requires no more food than that. So if you eat a massive salad you will still be stretching your stomach so it will get hungrier quicker as bigger. So for breakfast i would have a slim fast as always on the go and did this before i had jacob, then 10am id have a banana or a pear or something, then for lunch id have anything i fancied as long as it was small and no more than 300cals, then for tea would be the same small but no more than 500cal and then id have 2 biscuits or a packet of crisps that was no more than 100cal in the evening and thats it, switched to de-cafe diet coke and de-cafe coffee as caffiene slows your matabolish down but i limit myself to 2 a day, so i could have 2 coffees or 1 of each and so one. And make sure i drink alot of water in between XxX

It's a bit flatter now and my stretch marks aren't as angry looking but I'm quite proud of them as they are my 'mummy marks'. I call them this as I wouldn't have them if I wasn't a mummy. The pregnancy pic I was only 22weeks
