| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 524 | Bleeding 6 weeks on? Hi everyone Has anyone still been bleeding 6 weeks pp? I went back on the pill 21 days after giving birth (as per pill packet instructions), and the bleeding was almost non existant at that time and then disappeared at about 3.5 weeks post partum. Within a week it started again and has been going ever since  It is very annoying because it hasn't showed any signs of lightening up. Sometimes its brown blood (sorry), and sometimes bright red. It isn't really heavy, but enough and it is very irritating!I am hoping it's not something more sinister and just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I also think maybe the pill hormones could have confused my body? I have my 6 week check this week so will mention it, but just wondered in the mean time.. Thanks x |
