I have to admit after having James I have felt very interested even tho I had just had a c-section,I thought I was strange too, but normally I have a very high libido so I just figured it was my libido coming back to normal.Hope the weeks go fast for you

Why do you have to wait 6 wks? I've never heard that before?! After both of my children I was told to resume bedroom activities whenever I felt up to it.....

I would recommend that you keep that fire burning I felt the same way about a week after coming home but followed the Dr.'s instructions to wait 'til the next checkup. We've finally waited too long and now are just too chicken and are afraid that everything will be odd. I'm quite sure you'll know if you should stop. Good luck!

When I had Thea, I waited 4 days! lol
With Georgina, it was about 8 weeks!

I was told as long as you feel ok, had a normal birth and have stopped bleeding, if you feel ready then go for it.
They like you to have tried to do something before the 6 week check to make sure everything is working!

BUT remember to use contraceptioN!
