I guess it was a stupid question. i only ask as ive posted before on me feeling very lightheaded and a feeling of being 'drunk' and i was wondering if this is a symptom of exhaustion. Going to the doc tomorrow so ill guess ill find out. Thanks for reading xx

I think these can be symptoms of exhaustion. I get a kind of surreal feeling, like totally spaced out and a bit lightheaded. I get headaches too when I get completely over-tired, which I never normally get.
