Why am I always so tired???

Its been almost 3 months since I had LO and the house is a mess! I am always to tired to clean it, too tired to do anything other than care for LO. When Aidan sleeps, I sleep (night and day) Its like I just can't bring myself to have the energy to do anything?! Its really annoying that I will WANT to do stuff, and then just don't have the energy/too tired to do it! I'm on anti depressants for Postpartum depression, could that have anything to do with it? What can I do because surely something needs to be done.

Hun, he is still very young and proberly getting you up throughout the night. Yeah??

Your recovering from giving birth. Give your self some time and your body time to recover from giving birth..

And if you dont feel any better soon go to your GP

However, if he is sleeping through the night, try missing a few naps. I'm worse on too much sleep than on too little.

And start making a list of everything you do, you will see that it does mount up.

get some vitamins, get your iron checked, get out for a walk in the fresh air, pop baba in a bouncer and let him watch you clean- Finn used to love it! and then have a cuppa while he's asleep or use a sling.. or just leave it all till he learns to crawl and eat fluff lol. Dunno if the AD's cause fatigue (maybe ask Dr) but depression does.
