Does anyone else feel ill from sleep deprivation? - Page 2

Im the same I just feel like my brain is functioning but my body isn't.

Like a few have said try to sleep when they do..but I don't all the time purely because I feel worse for it and would rather just get on with it.

Feeling Dizzy is prob to do with your Iron, I feel Fuzzy somedays and I know my Iron levels are ok, so must just be tiredness.

its weird cos its not a normal dizziness, i cant explain it it sort of comes from the back of my head, it almost feel likes im in a lift and your head feels a little strange, it feels worse when i try to go to sleep or rest my head back on the sofa. and it comes and goes in waves, its not there all the time but it never goes away completely xx

I'd go to Doc's then or speak to your hv or mw if you are still under their supervision.

It is prob due to lack of sleep then, I got up this morning with Deacon at 6.15am we managed to have a nap and now I feel fuzzy(the only way to describe it) so i can't win at the min.

Hope you don't mind me asking but have you recently started taking the pill again?

This is making me ill at the mo, I feel sick alot which is annoying as I have had problems with the damn thing in the past arughhh

no i havent started taking it, i was going to take it when my next period starts ( in a week or so) but im dreading it just in case it makes me feel even worse. xx
