I'm Currently Feeling:

I'm in England atm visiting OHs family, but I've got a book in the house (recommended to me by a NFP trainer) which explains about BF as contraception and what the signs of returning fertility are. I get home on sunday so I'll tell you about it then. By the way, although you've had your first period, you may not be fertile - most first periods are actually warning ones and you've not ovulated yet - but that's not a guarantee lol.
