2nd degree Tear


Its been almost 2 weeks for me now, and it no longer that painful but i still feel weird and tight and uncomfy where the tear is .... what does everyone else feel if you had a tear ??

I still felt a bit sore at 3 weeks then by the fourth week it was better. Do you use baby wipes when 'going' etc?

I had sex at 6 weeks and it bled and hurt again for a day and it seems fine now

it will get better xxx

I dont use wipes but i use the water bottle everytime i go and i use to painreliver spray but it doesnt feel painful anymore thank god it just still feels very strange and tight if that makes any sense .....its still very uncomfortable in there .....

I had a second degree tear but never had a problem with it, I had a big Psychological one though, just knowing that I had a tear, I was worried about everything mainy going to the loo and sex but everything was fine (didnt try sex for 6 weeks though) xx

I really felt better after week 3 hun, it will get better promise xxx

And yes its tight, my OH has told me i am 'tighter' than before after the healing and those pelvic floor exercises lol xx

mines healed now just feels a bit sore when i go for a wee or for a number 2 lol

mine still feels not quite right but not sore now.It is getting better though. hang in there xx

glad im not alone, i feel like im bleeding too much and have had some poo's but still sore when constipated..dont even want to think about sex!

Your LO and mine have the same birthday!!



I feel just the same hun!!I had a 2nd degree tear and it still feels tight and a little tender.It does get better though I had third degree tears with my first and it took time to heal but it does get there.
