My right side hurt too but more of a stabbing. I asked my doc at my two week check. He said it was the deep stitches and the edge they doubled them up.

Maybe it is what is bothering you too?

There are a lot of reasons that could be happening after a c-section unfortunately

- infections
- just part of the healing
- issues with internal stitches
- and bowels.. TMI, but my aunt told me when I called her up about pains that after she had her c-sections it always messed up her bowels, even if she didn't feel like she needed to #2, she'd get pains that only went away after she did..

Ive had this as well. My MW told me it was some of the numbness dissappearing and the sensation coming back. I took loads of paracetomal.
