Painful pooping!!!

Owwwwww!! So I was having some issues with constipation. Then when I did poop I bled. Then I didn't poop for 4 days which is really long for me. Now I'm pooping again, two days in a row so far and it hurts like hell! And there is still blood. I have an appointment next week so I'm going to mention it to dr. It's bright red blood so does it sound like an internal hemorrhoid or fissure??

I'm not sure really which one it is... I think a lot of blood would be a hemmerhoid, whereas a smaller amount would be a fissure??

Not sure, it did hurt a lot but I never had any bleeding. I'm glad you have an appointment to check it out.

It could be either...

fissure is a small tear or graze from straining and hard poop coming out.

I had this and took fibogel and drank LOADS of water which didnt really help much at all but then found laxitive chocolate. I took one wee square at night and by the next afternoon was pooping like a trooper!

It was from bodycare and I had never heard of it before.

I took the one wee square every night for a few days then I got (sorry TMI) the runs so stopped and been regular ever since!

Speak to your doc...they could get you something better for helping your poop and also examine you and see why your bleeding...but its more than likely the fact your constipated you have to push a bit.
