Waking with hot sweat


Is this anything common after birth? Its happened to me 3 times that I can defo recall! Last night being the latest ... woke up soaking, hot and had to go get my PJs changed in the middle of the night

I'm Currently Feeling: 



they say you will sweat more after giving birth as your body gets rid off all the water (about 8 litres!!!)

I felt like I am having tropics here in our flat for one and a half week!

and it was amazing how my bodyshape came back with all the sweating, like you let out air of a balloon!!!

I literally shrunk

LoL Mickey...

I was telling my OH parents last night that I just cant wait to deflate now. My belly my ankles the lot. Then in the New Year I need to start getting into shape for my Holidays...

But I also heard it was commen to sweat alot ofter giving birth...

Yes! I was getting this the first week after having Ollie. Apparently its your hormones getting back to normal- no need to worry x
