exercise after section

i had my section nearly 8 weeks ago and this morning did a light workout. I am dying to do a proper one though - how long did everyone wait? I am desperate to go back to playing netball and start my step aerobics again!! i am scared of doing too much and it sending me backwards? x
xx

best thing would be to ask your doctor. so long as they give you the go ahead everything should be fine!
i haven't really done much, but i keep forgetting to ask at my appointments ... my incision is perfectly fine, but I've been told you need to make sure your ab muscles aren't separated anymore.

I'm not sure honestly.
I was just told that needs to be done, well, for abdominal exercises I'm assuming.

Honestly, even though you're impatient, you should do gradually no matter how much it's aggravating you. The last thing you want to do is rush into exercise, and end up hurting yourself in the process!
