When I had my LO I couldn't walk normally until about 7-8 weeks PP, when my LO was discharged from hosp. at eight weeks old I couldn't lift her in her car seat. I had tear to my abdomen and uterus though, so I think thats a bit different. Everyone is different as far as these things go. But don't push yourself too far, or it will come back to bite your ass!!

I felt the same at about 10 days and then went and pushed it far too much and set myself back. I decided to go out for the whole day visiting people and shopping, by the time we got home I was exhausted and had pulled a stitch so had bleeding from that for a while.

I have very low iron levels still so that my have been what made me feel worse. I am fine now and feel almost normal (apart from what I now think is my period starting )

I felt just the same honey. I have been going on 3 mile walks with my little boy every day since he was about 10 days old. I don't lift anything too heavy and am careful how much strain I put on my abs but I honestly couldn't believe how well I felt. I guess everyone recovers at a different pace and you just have to be careful not to overdo things and set yourself back. Glad you're feeling so good xx

I felt like that after about 10 days, but now I've got a really sore back which is making it hard for me to get about. If it wasnt for my back, I'd feel fine though.
