Exercise after c-section

I had a c-section just over 3 weeks ago now and I feel great, really well. What kind of exercise is it safe to do? I go on log walks with Alex but would love to start doing some jogging - i know i can't do any abdominal stuff - but is cardio ok?

i feel fine too and would like to go for a swim but I don't want to damage myself and have to take longer off so I shall wait. It's hard though when you feel so good!! I can't wait to take Finn out for a walk on the common though. Maybe after the midwife has been round? hum. We can go look at the ducks
