Postive OPK? CD 16

Hi girls! I tried one of the cheapy tests from a fertility kit I purchased and this is the result. Do you think it's positive? The control line is on the right. I was doing the Clear Blue Digital OPK's but hadn't had a positive yet so I thought I would try this one. I think it's positive....but I want to to be positive so I'm not 100% sure. Oh, I'm on CD 16.
