Thank you for that! I already do a few of those things, singing instructions, being silly when I can sense trouble and hugging and explaining to the children in a calm manner!

Purely by accident though, it's just what I do lol (and I like being silly )

I learned things like that from my mom, she has her diploma in early childhood education and is fantastic with small children.

I use the singing instructions one with my class of 4 year olds all the time and they love it and respond really well. They love it if I'm silly too!
