Looking for an EASY-to-put-on baby carrier/sling

I currently use a Close Baby carrier, but to be honest I find it a pain in the butt to put on. Baby is almost four months old and is quite heavy (16lbs), and I am quite small. I am beginning to find the Close Baby carrier hurts my back after a while, so I am thinking about trying another type of carrier. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. I don't carry baby all day, but I like to use a carrier now and again, either for doing a bit of stuff around the house while baby sleeps in the carrier or for going for short hikes (couple of hours) with baby. Thanks for suggestions xx
